REALLY cute couple to show off to you today! Kayla met me early one morning for a shoot in Shelbyville. Neither of us had been to this Talon before (although I’ve shot a wedding at the one in Lexington) so we were venturing into new territory. The property ended up being so cool. I found this crazy neat bonzai-looking tree, rustic hay holders, an old barn, a field, and even a gorgeous lake. I love the rolling hills in these shots as well. I’m convinced… you can’t go wrong with a vineyard. Maybe that’s where Ganer and I should look :] ;]
Kayla and Daniel are super adorable. All of my correspondences with her have made me so eager to meet her. She has always been so sweet and quick to reply. They came into the session with open minds and completely trusted me. They were looking for something relaxed and romantic. I feel like the shoot perfectly fit that vibe. They rolled with any “pose” I threw their way but made it their own. They were eager to interact to create genuine moments. That’s the best thing you can do when getting photographed. Relax and try to have a genuine moment with the other person and you’ll radiate!
