Hope everyone is enjoying labor day! I promised myself I wouldn’t work too much over labor day weekend, but blogging is really more fun than work for me. I haven’t been able to blog as much of my work as I’d like because we’ve had such a busy season! However, I think the vibe of this session is perfect for a day like today! I hope you all are enjoying good times with friends. That’s exactly what this shoot was like for us!
Kristin and Brian are just awesome. They wanted something simple, fun, and true to them. They love a good brew and conversation. So, we met them at Medici in Normal which was the perfect place for us to start. They’ve got an impressive beer collection that changes often AND a 30-foot mulberry tree that comes through the atrium of the bar. I had been wanting to shoot there and the photos turned out awesome. I really dug the casual vibe of our shoot. We laughed a ton and got to know each other. I’ve actually already shot their wedding (told ya we’ve been busy… time flies) which was AMAZING.
